Morrisville to Hold Annual Christmas Tree Lighting

MORRISVILLE, N.Y.—Santa and Mrs. Claus will be arriving in the village of Morrisville on Dec. 4 for the annual Christmas tree lighting and carol sing.
The free event will begin at 7 p.m. at the Crouse Community Center on South Street. The campus and village are invited to participate in the event, which will be held regardless of local weather-related school closings.

MORRISVILLE, N.Y.— Morrisville State College is gearing up for Mustang Weekend 2009, Sept. 25 through 27.
Among the lineup of activities scheduled are a 5k run and walk, campus tours, brunch, various entertainment, athletic events, a campus carnival and fireworks.

MORRISVILLE, N.Y.—Two small stars attracted a fair share of attention during Ag Day at Morrisville State College April 30.
Bubba, a week-old goat, and Dave, a three-week old foal, made their debut to spectators during the college’s annual celebration.

MORRISVILLE, N.Y.– On May 13 and 14, eleventh and twelfth grade automotive students from throughout New York state will visit the Morrisville State College campus to compete in the AAA/Ford Motor Company Student Auto Skills Competition, held in the Automotive Technology Building.
